Le Chef Thaï offers lunch menus at midday (Monday to Friday) and à la carte dining or lunch in the evening and on Saturday. All items on the menu are available for take out.
SOMBAT the namesake chef at Le Chef Thai, grew up in a village in the middle of the rice fields in northeast Thailand. There he learned the joy of traditional Thai cooking from his grandmother. With this knowledge in hand, he came to France more than a decade ago, started as a prep cook, working his way up to become a chef before starting his own Thai restaurant with Gregor.
GREGOR, a German expatriate and the restaurant owner, originally came to Paris as a fashion journalist. After 15 years spent working in luxury fashion (and dining in the restaurants that go with it), he wanted to create a simple and welcoming Thai restaurant as a space for the chef to work his magic. He delights in welcoming guests from Paris and beyond, and has selected an offering of beer from his native Black Forest, in addition to French, Thai, and Lao beers.
